When you enter our site it assumes that your country is the same as registrered on your computer. The country determins currency, shipping costs and VAT rate. When you check out, the web shop corrects your country if it is different from the one received from your computer and change prices, shipping rates and VAT accordingly. Your choice of country must match the country we are requested to send the goods to.
We reserve the right to change colour, pattern, decorative elements etc on our products without notice. If it is vital to your needs that these elements match the images on this website, please contact us to get up to date information before you place your order.
Batteries are considered consumables and loose power when stored. Therefore all battery operated products are sold 'without batteries', since the batteries packed with the product might have lost power during storage.
To view downloadable videos, you need an internet connection and a computer, surf board or telephone with software enabling you to view mp4 video files.
Prices & Shipping
Our prices are quoted in euro for customers within Europe (except Sweden, Norway and Denmark) and in US dollars for customers in the rest of the world.
If you live within the EU, VAT (25%) is included in the price. If you live outside the EU our prices are quoted net. Please note that you might have to pay customs duty or tax when you import goods to your country, outside the EU.
We charge a flat rate for shipping on two levels depending on weight and volume: 10 or 33 Euro within Europe and 12 or 48 US Dollars to the rest of the world. Before checking out you can see if you are charged at the lower or higher level.
We only accept card payment (VISA or MasterCard) or via PayPal.
Your card payment is processed by DIBS Payment Services. The card details are sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank. DIBS uses industrial standard SSL which is one of the best safe ecommerce software solutions.

Products are delivered as air mail letters or small parcels.
We guarantee that the effect can be achieved in the way and with the props described on our web site. If not, we pay your money back. However, you cannot expect that you can do the effects automatically and without practise. All magic require practice. If you are not sure about your choice, please contact us and we will guide you. Products are delivered with an instruction in English unless stated otherwise.
Customers living in the EU has the right to regret their purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods. You inform us of your intent to regret the purchase by any channel E.G. email or using our support form. The goods shall be returned at your expense within 14 days. We will confirm your notice and will refund your money within 14 days after receiving your regret notice, after receiving your return. We will deduct compensation for lost value, if the returned products have been used and therefore have lost in value. Since many of our products have an intellectual content (just like films and music) you are only allowed to regret your purchase if you have'nt opened the package. Once you have broken the seal you have consumed the intellectual content. For digital downloads there is no right to regret the the purchase. Please contact us before you return any products. We check all products, but if any product is damaged when reaching you, we will repair or replace it with a new product. If the product is not in stock and cannot be reapired, we will refund your payment including the shipping cost using the same payment method as the original order.Please contact us immediately if you receive a defect product. If the packaging is damaged and some products are missing or damaged, you shall reclaim the shipment with the shipping company.
If you receive a defect product, please contact us as soon as possible after you discover or should have discovered the problem and we will instruct you how to proceed. We will either repair or substitute your product and we will pay the shipping costs.
Disputes are settled by either Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
