Who can we share your personal information with?

Your customer information is registered with us because they are necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with our customer, for example regarding right of withdrawal, warranty, etc. Furthermore, we are obliged by law to save accounting records, including personal data for seven years.

It is mandatory to enter a mobile phone number when completing the order form. This number is used to send notifications from our shipping providers Postnord and DHL. The notifications are sent when we ship your goods and when and where your parcel is available for collection. We do not send any advertisements or marketing messages as text messages (SMS) and do not share your mobile phone number with others.
Your e-mail address is used to send order confirmation and other information related to your order and to forward your order via Postnord or DHL. We also send information, advertisements and offers in our email newsletter. You can unsubscribe from future newsletters by clicking on a unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter.
Your contact information will not be shared with third parties beyond what has been stated above.
