You borrow a bank note, roll it into a tube and seal the bottom with a crumbled piece of paper (flash paper). You then pour some water into the tube and heat it from the bottom with a lighter. There is a big flash and you pour a live goldfish into a glas. Comes complete with instructions in English and a special gimmick with a holder to pin under your jacket.
